Pitch Reflection

My partner and i produced a pitch including research we have carried out on our own and product research. Our target audience was between 16-25 years old we decided to have this age group as our target audience because the primary research answers said between 16 and 25 years old. When making the power point we did our questionnaires first so we would have the results ready to do the pie charts and the bar charts. By having this is the power point they helped us explain the answers of the question and be able to explain it in more data with actual figures.

The research we gathers from the primary research we then transfers them in to the slides as most people thought our idea could be filmed like vine and be a parody of the smack cam but in our own interpretation. Our second slid in our presentation is mostly based on the research we got about the product and our primary research. The second slid we did was the client ethos. in the questionnaire we asked what do you think of the product in 2 words most people said celebrity endorsement.

Me and my partner TJ presented out initial idea before we got our feedback on the slide we had six images that would represent our idea. the idea in face was to brake the terrys chocolate orange in different way that is not conventional for example throwing it in a basketball hoop. The advert would first start by a pan of all the people taking part the a 5 second cienimatic of us getting the aim bored ready on the table then the people will start to throw it at the able and we would attach a go pro to the table so we can render a slow motion of the product breaking. The feedback we got for our idea did change the initial idea alot but we began to like the new idea as it will be filmed with our phones and would have a internet feel to it .

The feedback we revived was really good but our idea started to get off track on what we wanted to show. Our aim of the advert is to break the convention of breaking chocolate and all he were showing in our initial idea was throwing it at a table. So still  based on out initial idea we will film with our phones and breaking the chocolate ways people would fore example driving over the chocolate. Our teacher also said that having a go pro was a good idea but we didnt need it if we are trying to do a parody of a viral video as the quality of the video would be 1080p and we want the video to be 720 so people would know the type of video.
